Inside, the whole home has been renovated top to bottom: six meticulously refreshed bedrooms, three brand-new bathrooms, and a state-of-the-art kitchen. The expansive game room is the house's second gathering hub, with a pool table, ping pong, wet bar, and flat-screen TVs. Guests routinely fit two or three families here comfortably — and note that every cabinet, switch, and remote is labeled.

Swimming in the Woods sits on a quiet residential street in Norton Shores, on Muskegon's leafy south side — a long private driveway, big trees, and room for the whole caravan to park. Mona Lake is two minutes down the road, and the Lake Michigan beaches at Pere Marquette Park are about a ten-minute drive, with Muskegon State Park's dunes and trails just beyond. Save a day for Michigan's Adventure amusement park (about 27 minutes) or an evening in Grand Haven down the shore.
